In compliance to Chief Commissioner of Central Excise (DZ) CR Building, IP Estate, New Delhi-110002 Office Order  No. 33/2009 issued under C.No. CCU(DZ)CX/Adj/03/2008/Pt./9925 dt. 13.10.2009,per Section 37A,CESA,1944 r/w Section 83 of the Finance Act,1994 as  applicable to Service Tax and Notification No. 06/2009-S.T.dt.30.1.2009,  Sh.Rajiv Ranjan,Addl.Commr(C.Ex.) Faridabad has been assigned, inter alia,  the captioned Show Cause Notices indicated in Col.(B) of attachments, against parties indicated at Col (A) therein, for adjudication for which you or your authorized representatives are requested to appear for personal hearing on the following stipulated date ,time  and venue along with due reply, if any,  to the SCN ( a soft copy of written submission may also be e-mailed @ comnadj33of09@yahoo.in) , or  indicate in the alternative that no further submission and/or hearing is desired at your end,  besides  those made hitherto.

In cases where three separate personal hearing opportunities have been accorded, this may be treated as last and final opportunity for defence. Please note that if you or your authorized representatives do not appear for the said personal hearing proceedings on the above date and time, the matter would be decided ex-parte on the basis of evidence and submissions available on record.
